Summer 2021!

My goodness what a year and a half it has been! We have made it through what is hopefully the worst of the pandemic and recession and are starting to finally get out and travel and look to future endeavors!
For the studio, this means some exciting new things!
I will continue offering in-person (Northern Colorado) and online (worldwide) one on one lessons in voice, piano, and acting OF COURSE!
I will also be looking to do a few group acting classes, specifically the Business of Acting, sometime this fall or early winter so be on the lookout for that info.
The most exciting thing is I am creating three online "container" courses (meaning a one time purchase of the course which will consist of several teaching videos that you can take at your own pace) for voice, piano, and acting! These courses will be for those of you who may not be ready to start private lessons yet and want to build a little confidence and some base knowledge before you jump into one on one lessons with a teacher. They will focus on basic fundamentals in each instrument along with learning how to manage performance anxiety and nerves. Be looking for the launch of those courses in late August/early September! These are great courses for total older beginners (tweens and up) or students who are looking to review basic technique (like scales, chords, arpeggios, warm ups, breathing, simple improv exercises) while picking up a few tips on how to deal with fear and nerves surrounding playing/singing/acting in front of a teacher or performing in front of an audience.
Please pass the word about these courses! Pricing and a link to the courses will be listed on the website once they launch via the SamCart platform.
Next recital: HALLOWEEN!! Whoo Hoo!! For Los Angeles, my flights are booked and I plan to be there from October 21st-28th. I was planning to do a large group recital, but for safety measures, I will be doing in-person, in-lesson individual recitals for each student. This means I'll travel to your home during that week for your lesson time and you will perform your halloween themed songs for invited guests and me!
Colorado students, you will do a Halloween themed in-lesson recital as well at my studio or online if you wish! No big groups still this year unfortunately, just to be on the safe side:-/ However, we will have SO much fun! Treat bags will be given out and refreshments will be served at my home studio for those who come in-person to my studio. For those in LA, if you wish to do refreshments during your recital, by all means please do!
Students outside of the LA and Northern CO regions: We will do in-lesson recitals on Zoom or Skype. You are welcome to invite as many people as you wish to attend online! A treat bag will be mailed to those who participate:-)
Costumes are HIGHLY encouraged!
Certifiacate of Merit through MTAC: Those LA students wishing to do CM this year, it is fully online from now on so it will be much like it was this past year. You will video tape all of your performances and take the tests online. We will be picking music and starting studies for this in late August. Please let me know if you wish to participate as soon as you can!
Student Achievement Day through FCMTA: Students who wish to participate in this event can reach out to me and I will give you more details as I get them. Often STAD is in February or March. They have not set the date yet this year.
That's all for now folks! See you in your lessons:-)

Hey Y'all!
Exciting news! I have recently relocated to Loveland, CO and have brought my studio with me! 17 students from Los Angeles, 1 from Kansas, the 6 online Colorado students I previously had while living in LA, and 1 Nebraska student!
Since I have a great space for teaching in studio lessons, I have opened up some new spots for new students! You can do online lessons or come to my studio in Loveland.
I'm so excited to get going on this new chapter in the Eversole Studio's story and I hope you will join me!
2016-2017 A Year in Review
|
Hi All!
So it's been a bit since anything was posted, but that is merely due to the fact that the studio has been so busy!
Last year, in the Fall, all of my Los Angeles students had fantastic Halloween recitals! Then everyone from Kansas to Colorado, to LA had amazing holiday performances!
So many of you grew through performing your recital pieces and were able to come back to your methods and technique books and make leaps and bounds with those.
In 2017, we all started preparing for upcoming workshops, competitions, and the Spring Recital! While the LA and Colorado recitals are yet to come, the Kansas City recital happened today! Both students did amazing as they performed along with the students of the Nancie Dalke Piano Studio in Overland Park, KS.
One of those KC students also competed in a workshop compeition last week with the Hughes Brother's Theatre in Branson, MO to rave reviews! In LA, a student just competed in the MTNA Romantic Festival Competition and did absolutely stunning in her performance!
With the upcoming Spring Los Angeles Recital on June 9th, the Summer Colorado Rectial July 28th, and my one and only senior recital this year in Colorado on July 30th, the studio is looking to have a fantastic Summer!
More updates coming soon!
Congratulations Students!

Major shout out to all of my students performing around the US today and yesterday! We had our Colorado recital in Fort Collins today and my adult students Natalie, Brian, Ginny, Jeannette, Janell, and Regine rocked the house with their pieces! Then my student Steve killed it at his recital in Overland Park, KS. I got to see a video of his piano performance and part of his singing via Facetime! Oh technology how I love you so! Yesterday, one of my teens, Paige, totally blew her audience away with her renditions of "Think of Me" and "All Too Well". Thank you to ALL of you amazing musicians, what gifts you all shared this week:-)
RECITAL TIME AND SHOUT OUTS!

It's that time again, recital time!!
To my Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Kansas students: Are you ready?! We've been working so diligently in our lessons for this moment so make these last couple weeks of practice before the show count! Everyone is polishing their pieces, doing practice runs in front of mock audiences, and working on those exercises I gave them to calm the nerves. So keep it up! May 14th will be here before you know it! I'm so proud of all of you and cannot wait to see everyone in person soon!
I also want to give a special shout out to my students (and professional musicians themselves) Brian V. and Natalie S. You both showed up big time at your gigs over the past couple months, Brian at the FoCoMX Festival with your original songs performing an acoustic set, and Natalie in collaboration with pianist Mark at your jazzy concert in March! I know for a fact that a lot of people LOVED your performances and cannot wait to see more of both of you!
To my LA students: Shout out to Diana C. and Skylar I. for rocking it in their respective recital and competition! I was present for both performances and I'm so, SO proud of you two for working through that nervous energy and coming through with strong and beautiful showings. Sharing your gifts with others is so rewarding and I hope both of you know how many people you affected by sharing yours!
And to my beginning LA kiddos, you guys are just blowing me away with how fast you are learning piano and singing along with it to boot! It's such an excting thing to be a part of your music education and I cannot wait to see how you all develop as musicians over the next few years.
And get ready all of my students, we are going to be working hard over the summer on fundementals and song prep so we can have fun playing our Halloween themed songs for your in-lesson recitals and participate in MTAC, MTNA, and parlour recitals come Fall!
Yay! Go Creativity!
Congratulations Students!

Hi Everyone!
What a wonderful December everyone had! I drove to Colorado with my hubby to teach in person lessons to all of my CO, WY, and NE students and then have an amazing holiday recital! And boy, you guys did not disappoint! What a WONDERFUL sharing of your gifts and talents! Then my KS student was able to perform at a local teacher's studio recital (a local teacher very close to my heart, Mom!!) at UNION STATION in Kansas City! He sent me a video and it was FANTASTIC! What a way to do your first recital! We had more firsts for my Los Angeles students too: one of my Eagle Rock students had his first recital at the Eagle Rock holiday recital and he totally rocked it out! And several of my other students had their own personal in-lesson holiday recitals for close family and friends. All of you did SO well and I am SO proud of everyone!
The New Year brings in new goals, and that is just what we have been working on in our first lessons back from the holiday break. Keep up the good work y'all!

Hi All!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer! As we near the change of seasons, it's a great time to start thinking of what your activites for Fall and Winter will be. Make sure to consider music lessons or voice for acting as one of your opportunites! Played piano 15 years ago and have always wanted to return to it? This studio is warm and welcoming and perfect for the adult who might be a little hesitant to get back into creating music. Singer/Songwriter? Bring in those songs and we'll work the vocals as well as the instrumental side. I can help you create a set list and research opportunities to perform. Have a child who is showing interest in piano, but not sure how to start? Give me a call and we'll set up a lesson to see if it's the right fit for you and your son or daughter:-) Have an audition for a musical or opera you need to prepare for? I'm the coach for you! If you are an actor and keep getting feedback to speak louder/softer, speak up, or enunciate/pronounce your words, this is the studio for you! If you've wanted to work on reducing your accent I can help with that too!
Contact the studio today to set up some lessons and let's get started on realizing your dreams! Or if you know someone who can answer yes to any of the questions above, please pass my name along to them!
Thank you!
Great 2014 and Welcome to 2015!
